Message: Awesome selection and super friendly staff!

Message: Love this place. The sushi is top notch, and the chef who makes it is a true master. The general store staff are friendly and helpful. I always ending up buying more than I planned when I come here because I always find something new to try. Can't wait to be back.

Message: The prepared food (onigiri, bento, chirashi, and sushi) is quite good, but you have to come at the right time to get the best selection. (You want me to tell *you* when? As if. ) My favorite treat is the fried aji -- possibly the most delicious thing in the world. If you like natto, and who doesn't, they have an extensive selection.

Message: The best store The quality of the products is pretty good, but above all, the customer service is the best, and even though you can't use a credit card unless it's $10 or more, I was allowed to use it specially.

Message: This place is an absolute hidden gem of a grocery store! They have an amazing selection of Japanese foods which are difficult to find anywhere else. Sushi is made fresh in-house every day and is affordable and delicious! The snack selection is incredible! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I would come here every day if I could!

Message: Recently, they put a small shelf with some Japanese books with the sign “feel free to take any book”. I found a few interesting books. When I’m done reading them, I’ll come back to ‘return’ them for someone who may like them. :).

Message: Solid little Japanese market with pantry items, condiments, prepared foods, snacks, a limited selection of fresh veg and meat, and frozen items. Great place to grab some onigiri and maki for lunch.

Message: Very well stocked store considering how much square footage they have. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I not only found all the staples I needed for my chawanmushi but was pleasantly surprised by the selection of frozen seafood, fresh breads, snacks, vegetables, and prepared foods such as bentos, udon, gyu don, onigiri and sushi. They even stock some over the counter Japanese medications and supplements. It continues to be my go to each and every time I want anything Japanese.
