Message: Super fresh & delicious bagel eatery. Breakfast menu excellent. Coffee is fresh & hot and comes complimentary with a breakfast bagel. Super popular spot, though to get a seat on weekend.

Message: This place is OK but there is definitely a wait. And sometimes your. Kept on hold when making phone orders for a very long time. I order the same egg sandwich 5-7 days a week and never pay the same price, maybe it depends on who's making the sandwich or taking the order why the price fluctuates. Sometimes the price change can be from cents to dollars.

Message: Great bagel place! Their sandwiches and chopped salads are also very good. It tends to be extremely busy on weekends and lunchtime during the week. But I take that as a good sign.

Message: Foods good but I ordered on the phone today around 1:25. apparently they closed at 2 which they didn’t tell me. Then they called me 3 times about 15 mins later to tell me they are closing soon. So I rush over and get there at 1:50 to the doors locked.. ok then. Anywho I got 4 sandwiches one being the Christians melt which COMES with lettuce and tomato. to get home to no lettuce and tomato. The whole thing cost me about $33.. $33 to be rushed and the order not Even end up being correct. And this is not the first time. Again food tastes good but I guess due to being rushed they forgot primary ingredients. Now all I have is dry chicken and cheese. Also I’m supposed to get free hot beverages with my egg sandwiches.. those were not included apparently either.

Message: Great food and prices, just keep in mind the wait is a little long. They have the best dam everything bagel and cream cheese I've ever had! If you go there order atleast two, one won't be enough!

Message: Bagel Factory has always had the best bagels in the town of Farmingdale since the shop opened eight years ago. I have always loved their flagels and whole bagels, and their cream cheese is the best. :). But.. There is kind of downside when it comes to the order and pay system. You have order food at one counter, and pay at another (strange). By the time the order is ready for pickup, it might a little impossible to remember the order (you have to say your order to the cashier).. Bagel Factory is the best and I totally recommend it. They know how to throw together a great bagel! :). P. S. Wishing you the best at the check out counter. :).

Message: The chopped salads and homemade cookies are excellent! I enjoy all the trimmings, and side even the choices of teas and refrigerated items. 4/5 stars because it's a little pricy.

Message: Pretty standard bagel store. They have a ton of bagels and sandwiches on hand and the turnaround time is pretty fast. I go here often because its the only bagel shop close to my office. The egg sandwiches are standard and sometimes it does have some bacon bits on it from the grill which I don't like because I don't eat pork, not horrible, but Ive asked them to keep it clean and they have. The only real issue I have is that the staff can be rude at times, but I'm sure they deal with some crazy people. Not my first choice but good enough to satisfy some cravings.
