Message: I stopped up here to get some beef short ribs and asked if I had to call in advance about getting some marrow bones cut in half for some roasted beef marrow. They said that wasn't necessary just give them a couple of minutes. Well low and behold they came back with a few and they were fresh ones. Incredible customer service here and super high quality and local product.

Message: 1. The place is super clean! 2. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The representative had a hand truck and followed me to my vehicle with the 2 boxes. 3. Did I say the place is super clean?! 4. The price for venison processing and vacuum packing comes standard, is absolutely worth the ride down (it took an hour to get there from where I live). Get here!

Message: First visit to Wilson Beef Farms did not disappoint. An impeccably clean& beautiful shop. Bright and full of well placed tables displaying many different beef treats such as jalapeño beef sticks, as well as other delicious items. A full glass encased wall features their fine cuts of meats. The staff, so helpful and friendly. Hard to believe they have cattle, as there wasn't any odor outside. If you're a meat lover, you have to visit Wilson Beef Farms. It was well worth my hour plus drive. You can call ahead to place your order so it will be ready when you arrive. Have dogs ? Then check out, " Pamper your pet"( that won my heart). My giant breed dogs went crazy for their bones! Highly recommended to my neighbors/friends. Most definitely will return. Message: The jerky and meat sticks they make and sell are awesome. We take regular trips down there few times a year. The hot dogs they make are also great. Prefer them to our local big brand. They can also do custom orders and cuts if you reach out to them which I have done in past. Great place.
